The West Michigan Friesian Horse Club (WMFHC) has been an affiliated Friesian Horse Association of North America (FHANA) club since 1995. Club members have put on the best and largest Keuring in North America for decades.
Because of the increased interest in the Friesian horse over the last few years, we have decided to transform from a loosely knit group of individuals to a more organized, structured organization. We believe our new structure will better promote the Friesian horse and achieve our club's goals.
Statement of Purpose
As an affiliated chapter of FHANA, we are committed to promote and further the breeding of the pure-bred Friesian horse to preserve the breed's unique features for generations to come.
Our goal is to network with other FHANA Friesian owners in West Michigan, have fun, and learn from one another. We encourage and support those who believe in diversity in the use of the FPS pure-bred Friesian horse. We want to be an active community that respects our fellow members and our breed.
